We are now looking in Berlin – unlimited – Senior UX Designer (m/w/d) Software Solutions

As Senior UX Designer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the new and further development of our digital platforms and products as part of the Human Centered Design. Together with product owners, UX designers, agencies, stakeholders and developers, you design and design user interfaces. The focus of your tasks lies in the phases of the refined design (interface design, information design, sensory design) and the implementation of findings from evaluations and prototype tests for our complex software solutions. This means in detail: Conception and design of design solutions to high fidelity designs, taking into account the user requirements and initial designs identified as part of the User Requirements Engineering, as well as results from evaluations and prototype tests Participation of additionally required design experts in the design process, e.g. UX text for the information design and integration of Product Owner and Stakeholder into design development Creating digital prototypes and participating as an observer in usability tests Developing, documenting and monitoring our design systems/libraries and tuning their overarching use with other areas (e.g. Development, Marketing, External) Validating designs from participating external design agencies and ensuring client competence in the design process Evaluate new design tools and apps

Passion for the development of approximately new, designated design expertise, joy in taking over much responsibility Complete study with design focus such as interface design or interaction design and multi-year professional experience as UX designer or similar, on agency side or in companies Proven experience in the design of complex expert systems or platforms Passion for converting complex relationships and requirements into simple and human-centric digital designs Knowledge of how usage requirements and UX concepts are used as the basis for design development and usability design expert Proven experience in the development and use of design systems Excellent communication and presentation skills in German
