Working environment The daily clinic of the children's and youth psychiatry in the Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf offers specialized care for young patients. Here, children and adolescents receive therapeutic and medical treatments in a supporting atmosphere. You visit the clinic in the day and return home in the evening. The facility includes various therapy rooms for individual and group sessions. An interdisciplinary team develops individually coordinated treatment plans. As a station manager, you are responsible for the nursing staff and guaranteeing the quality of care You monitor and support DRG-compliant care documentation You plan the occupancy at the station as well as the organization of the work division and monitoring of the workflows You take over the personnel deployment and holiday planning in compliance with legal requirements You participate in station management meetings and inform your employees Nursing and pedagogical individual and group work with children and their references Accompanying activities in the daily routine of the day clinic You carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures and take important tasks in the treatment of mentally ill children and adolescents Interdisciplinary cooperation

A completed training for the health and (children) nurse*in, nursing professional or a university degree in the dual Bachelor course Care Professional experience / expertise in the treatment of mental illnesses in children and/or adults in a management position Ideally successfully completed further education for conducting a station or organizational unit in the hospital readiness to use, ability to self-organize, sense of responsibility A high level of sensitivity, empathy as well as team and conflictability Professional relationship of proximity and distance Good German knowledge (at least B2 level, according to GeR) is required.
