Senior Human Resources Officer (m/w/d)

As a working student (m/w/d), you will get unique insights into the functioning of a management office and the management of a large group. You will be supported by a dynamic and communication-strong team and demanded what guarantees you best development opportunities and lots of fun!

Your responsibilities include: Preparation of presentations, decision templates and other documents in German and English Support for communication measures such as LinkedIn contributions and newsletters Responsibility and management of small strategic subprojects with their own scope of action Structure of complex projects and control of work packages related to various personnel topics Support in the organisation and implementation of executive meetings as well as location-related activities and events

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You are in the final phase of your bachelor's or master's degree program and ideally bring first practical experiences in the field of personnel. You convince by sovereign communication skills and a professional performance. In addition, you have a quick understanding, a structured way of working and the view for the whole. You can handle MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, very safely. You work independently and proactively while at the same time you are team-oriented. You have a high degree of self-responsibility, conscience and reliability.
