Quality Manager (m/f/d)

As a cross-functional quality expert, you act at the interface of production, development, suppliers and customers – with a clear focus on resilient solutions and technical excellence. Analysis of customer complaints using structured methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) Creation and coordination of 8D reports with customers Implementation and evaluation of material and cleanliness analyses Moderation of FMEAs as well as ensuring the link to test and control plans Support for PPAP, PCN and supplier complaints Initiation and tracking of sustainable CAPA measures Close cooperation with QM and specialist areas Deduction and implementation of measures in production, development and supply chain

Studies in materials engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable Or technician training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in quality management of a manufacturing company Practical experience in technical complaint management and customer communication Safe handling of Q methods (8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA) Knowledge of metallurgical analysis (e.g. microscopy, REM/EDX, hardness testing) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
