Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the 8-member HR team Responsible implementation of the entire employee life cycle, including recruiting and onboarding, staff support and employee retention as well as offboarding Management and coordination of training and training at the ESE Academy, in particular optimization of personnel development and follow-up planning Sparring partners and technical advice for the management and technical and executives in all personnel-relevant and labour-law issues Further development of strategic fields of action such as personal strategy, corporate culture, employer branding, talent management and employee involvement Ensuring compliance with all legal, operational, labour, and collective agreements in connection with personnel measures Design and implementation of a modern HR organization with regard to structures and processes, as well as promoting the digitization and optimization of existing HR processes Participation in organisational development in cooperation with management Initiation and implementation of projects to improve HR and organizational topics (e.g. introduction of salary bands, performance management, cultural topics)

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on personnel/right or comparable training Multiannual relevant professional experience in human resources management and first leadership experience Funded knowledge of labour and social security law, ideally in pay tax law and in employee transfer Very good knowledge throughout the spectrum of human resources management as well as experience in the design of processes and structures Experience in change management is beneficial Safe handling of MS-Office, very good German and good English skills Embossed communication and consulting skills and a sovereign occurrence Own initiative, hand-on mentality and a high degree of decision-making and implementation orientation Team skills and motivation to move something
