You take care of the everyday and psychosocial care of young people and create a reliable environment for their personal development. You help young people with age-specific issues and provide life-structural skills such as budget management, self-organisation and social responsibility. You work in the reference system and build sustainable, trusting relationships with young people. You promote the educational and professional orientation of young people and accompany them in the development of realistic prospects for the future. You prepare young people for an independent life and strengthen their self-reality in everyday life. You provide support in addressing financial problems, in particular debt regulation and the handling of authorities. You accompany the young people on external appointments, e.g. at the Youth Office, at the doctor's office:inside, teachers:inside or other cooperation partners:inside, and represent their interests. You design and structure the daily routine according to the situation and promote a stable everyday routine. You conduct individual and group talks to reflect current topics and strengthen group dynamics. You take over the organization and moderation of house meetings and floor meetings as participative elements of the living-group everyday. You document the course of the day as well as individual developments of the young people and ensure a transparent fall. You support young people in administrative tasks such as administrative procedures, applications or the handling of official letters. You plan and carry out recreational activities that contribute to social integration and strengthen the community. You regularly participate in team meetings, case meetings and supervision and actively contribute to the conceptual development of the institution.
