Make group requests from all our Ruby Hotels Create group offers and contracts for our customers Manage and control group processing to ensure a smooth process Agierst as a direct contact person for companies and agencies Are responsible for debitor processing and billing Design and coordinate the central group reservation department Promotes training and coaching of new employees Check our operational standards, verify their compliance and develop them further

Have a vocational training or a completed degree in Hospitality Management Brings at least two years of experience in the (group) reservation and/or front office department Owned excellent communicative and analytical skills Convinced by an independent way of working with a high degree of commitment and self-motivation Features a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness Have very good MS Office knowledge and good knowledge of reservation systems Masters German and English excellent in Word and Writing
