Nurse as central practice instructor / trainer in nursing (m/f/d)

As a centrally operating practical manager*in the AWO Bremen, you ensure the quality of care training in our facilities through the consistent implementation of our training concept while complying with all legal requirements. Working internally with our practice leaders and externally with educational institutions and cooperation partners. Your tasks also include: Structure of training content, training and support on site Organisation, monitoring and evaluation of training processes of trainees Head of the (care)training laboratory and guidance of the trainees to the care specialist in the nursing laboratory Establishment, organisation and implementation of an international exchange programme for trainees Planning and implementation of measures for training marketing and public relations with regard to employee retention, young and skilled workers Working on exciting projects for quality and supply development in (part-)stationary and outpatient care facilities at AWO Bremen

You have completed a training as a nursewoman, elderly caregiverin or health caregiverin as well as a training as a practical managerin accordance with §4 PflAPrV. Ideally, you could then gain professional experience as an instructor or manager in the care and in the guidance of trainees. Your expertise in nursing practice and relevant professional laws such as occupational safety etc. are up to date. For your teaching assignment, we rely on very good German knowledge in word and writing and on a forward-looking approach to software applications. You can take and catch young people – with a facing and solution-oriented communication – even in conflict situations.
