As a team leader, you are the link between strategy and operational implementation Technical & organizing leadership: You control and prioritize construction measures in close coordination with the department management. You coordinate your decentralized team, promote the flow of information and support new employees through a structured onboarding and promote the team skills and use of AI Interface Management: You act as a central contact for the department management, departments and the building management. In addition, by proactive coordination and clear communication structures, you ensure that all the interfaces involved work together efficiently and that information flows in a targeted and timely manner Processes, quality & control: You are responsible for optimizing digital workflows and ensuring current and high-quality data, while ensuring timely tasks and supporting reporting and organization Project & Change Management: You actively advance the planning of construction measures and the digital transformation and establish sustainable modern working methods in the team

Education: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering construction or a comparable structural qualification Experience & Leadership: You bring multi-year professional experience in construction or construction project management as well as first experience in the professional management or coordination of teams with Competence: Your well-founded knowledge in the planning, control and implementation of construction measures, as well as a secure understanding of cost, time and quality objectives IT & Methodology: You ideally bring experience in dealing with AI as well as very good knowledge in MS Office (in particular Excel & PowerPoint) and modern digital tools and enjoy developing professionally Personality: You are communication-strong, decision-making and keep an overview even in stressful phases.
