Creation of floor plans, views, cuts and details in 3D / BIM methodology LPH1-5: Implementation of concepts according to the company's internal requirements of pre-, construction applications, sales, execution and detailed planning as well as the plans for the building Self-coordination and graphic implementation of agreements with project participants such as Statikern, Bauphysicists, TGA planners, sound and fire protection experts and special planners Develop and establish the internal BIM application for mass calculation (Solibri Interface) Coordinating the planning of suppliers, such as prefabricated parts, window and laying plans Cooperation in the project team with colleagues in project management, work preparation, construction management and costing

A successfully completed vocational training to the architect or a comparable training in the sign area with professional experience or a completed study (Bachelor or Master) of architecture Experience in handling planning and construction regulations Secure knowledge with Allplan and Solibri Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and action Target orientation, problem-solving capability, decision and communication strength High commitment, safe occurrence, social competence and team skills MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook) German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
