Payroll clerk (m/f/d)

You create the wage and salary bills of your institutions Your tasks include the careful maintenance of master and movement data and the monitoring of deadlines You create notifications and certificates You take over communication with health insurance companies and authorities You are contact persons for our financial colleagues The creation and further development of various personal-related reports and the corresponding further development of data quality are also part of their activities.

You have completed training in the field of payroll accounting or as a tax specialist You bring several years of experience in the areas of wage accounting/deductive accounting and, if possible, experience in dealing with the wage accounting program fidelis.Personal with You have very good knowledge of pay tax & social security law You have a self-employed and proactive way of working as well as team player mentality You have a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility You have a comprehensible positive attitude towards service with an ecclesiastical institution
