You have an education or study in the field of social media, communication, PR or journalism – or bring comparable practical experience.

You have already looked after communities – whether on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest or YouTube – and are familiar with the community everyday – from moderating to crisis management.

You have strong writing skills and bring empathy – for the right sound in every situation and for different target groups.

You have a good sense of content, platform mechanics and digital dialogue – whether directly in the mailbox or publicly in the comment area.

Experience in dealing with sensitive topics and challenging comments is a plus. At the same time, you are structured, resilient and strategic and can react quickly, document cleanly and escalate topics as needed.
