We are looking for our Fröbel Kindergarten ResearcherPänz in Cologne (Widdersdorf) right away Senior Consultant (m/w/d) with a working time of 39 hours per week. The contract shall be concluded indefinitely. About our institution ResearchersPänz currently provide 90 children aged 8 weeks to school. We are a Muslim-professional, heterogeneous team and understand ourselves as a learning companion: within the children. We accompany them in their research learning, their interests and in their development individually according to the needs of each child. Researchers' learning is of course of great importance for us. Whether in the house, in the garden or in the surroundings of the kindergarten – we discover the world every day for the new. To show children the joy and benefits of learning, not to brake them in their curiosity, but to encourage them, is firmly anchored in our everyday life and is reflected above all in our pedagogical attitude. Children have the opportunity to answer their questions themselves. We will not just answer them verbally, but show the children ways to answer questions and how to get information. That's how we get things together. Of course, we also research scientifically. We finally want to know what goes down and what is swimming, or how a bang is created! Of course, the fun does not come too short and we place a great deal of emphasis on an open and fair relationship, a pleasant learning, playing and working environment and the individual development of each individual.
