At the heart, you take part in the responsibility for the accounting of our real estate This includes the booking of business incidents such as banks and invoices of Creditors, as well as the coordination of accounts, creditors, debitors and bank accounts You carry out payment and reminder runs For the monthly and annual accounts of our property companies, compile all necessary documents and check them For current business transactions, you are contact person for our tax advisor, our tenants and service providers, but also for colleagues from the property management and operating costs departments

a successfully completed training as a financial accountant, tax-paid or comparable qualification (m/w/d) Professional experience in accounting Basic knowledge of relevant legal/tax regulations good MS Office knowledge Minimum 30 hours/week
