Sales of our building cleaning services Responsibility for the entire sales process in close coordination with the sales management Increasing and expanding customer relationships Editing and calculating offers incl. Transfer of offers to the conclusion of the contract Creating and holding presentations to showcase our diverse service portfolio Contract negotiation: Preparing and leading bidder talks Sales control, e.g. mtl. Evaluation of sales costs Database maintenance and documentation of your sales activities in the CRM system You strengthen our sales team of WISAG Building Cleaning Northwest Mitte GmbH & Co. KG at the Neuss site.

Commercial and technical training (e.g. as an industrial businessman, businessman for office management) or business studies (Bachelor) Sales experience in B2B necessarily required, ideally in the service sector or Facility management Convincing appearance, communication talent and high customer orientation Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial thinking passion for sales, good rhetorical skills, independent working and team skills
