As a working student in the field of internal communication in the customer service, you support our team in the development and implementation of internal communication measures. That's what you expect: You develop new methods for internal communication and agile, team-wide methods of cooperation

You actively participate in the internal communication project

Together with your contacts, you will develop crossmediale communication measures on various topics in the field of technical support for our sales markets

You support us in creating a user manual /user guide for a ticket system in technical support

You create meaningful presentation films as part of the communication project and voting at higher management levels.

We also want to learn from you. We look forward to bringing you the following: You are a enrolled Bachelor or Master student in full-time in the field of technical editorial and communication or information management and have at least 6 months for work at MAN.

You already have first practical experience in the technical editorial or in the field of communication, ideally in the IT or software industry

Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide complex information in a comprehensible and addressable manner.

You are safe in dealing with PowerPoint and common MS Office products,

You are as international as we are and have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. English skills are of advantage.

You're a real team player and like to take responsibility.
