In this role, you combine technical documentation with the creation of marketing materials for our software products in the field of news/communication technology

elaboration and maintenance of user manuals, online help and technical documentation for our software products in the field of communication and communication technology Creation and processing of graphics, diagrams and illustrations for visualizing technical relationships Processing of complex technical content from communication technology in a comprehensible and target-group-oriented form Conception and design of flyers, product brochures and presentation materials Close cooperation with development, product management and marketing and sales Ensuring a uniform terminology and corporate design-compliant representation

Complete studies or training in the field of technical editors, communications technology, communications technology, computer science, electrical engineering, media design or comparable Technical background in communication technology and understanding of software and system architectures Experience in creating technical documentation for software products Safe handling of layout, graphics and documentation tools Structured, independent and careful operation Creativity and sense of design and visualization of technical content
