You design digital as well as analog training offers, perform them in a sovereign way and keep an overview of our internal seminar portfolio. You are responsible for the coordination, implementation and further development of our multifaceted personnel development programmes for specialists and managers as well as the talent programme – in presence, digital and hybrid. In overarching projects, you take over the management or cooperation and support our specialist departments with your methodological and consulting skills in change processes, workshops and strategy work. For employees and managers, you are the first respondent to all questions concerning internal and external training and/or Upgrading qualifications. You continue to design our on-boarding program in a strategic and didactic way and act as a central contact person for our internal trainer:inner team.

You have a completed study of (economic) pedagogy or (economic) psychology or a comparable qualification. You contribute professional experience in strategic and operational personnel and organizational development. You work collectively as well as independently and enjoy new themes. To actively shape challenges. You have good knowledge of English. You will be able to draw up high levels of con­versation and communication. You are stress-resistant, creative and can quickly adapt to changing requirements.
