Team Leader Accounts Receivable (gn)

Our shared service organization with the shared service centers in Bornheim (Germany) and Iasi (Romania) is currently under construction and is part of the HORNBACH financial organization. In the team we design and coordinate the further development of our shared service organization. We pursue a common goal of making the financial organization more efficient with you as a project hero.

Team management: Discipline management of the Debitor team in Bornheim and technical management of the team in Romania. Changemanagement: You are responsible for the further development of the team, the identification of automation potentials and the promotion of Operational Excellence. Projects: Coordination of strategic order-to-cash projects and regular exchange with stakeholders and specialist departments. Employee development: You support your team members professionally and personally. Conclusions: Working with quarterly, half-year and annual accounts in cooperation with our corporate accounting and auditors.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in BWL, VWL, Business Engineering or Business Informatics. Implementation strength: You prioritize tasks effectively and complete projects on time. Accounting: You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and accounting standards. Communication: Strong communication skills in German and English as well as intercultural competence are not foreign words.
