Consultation of the Central Banks, which fulfil the administrative tasks of the Churches, in property and inheritance contract matters Advising the Bischöfliche Rechtsträger in Land- und Erbbaurechtsangelegenheiten Grant of church oversight permits Development of use and marketing concepts for properties Own-responsible assessment of properties in accordance with relevant property valuation regulations Participation in the development, planning and implementation of new building areas of the Belgian legal entities Management of the land and negotiation of land matters of the Belgian legal entities Perception of local appointments for assessment and advice on site Further development of administrative provisions to support and advise the central towns and parishes in property and inheritance contract matters Conception and implementation of training on property and construction law matters for the central towns and church communities

Graduate/Bachelor/Master in real estate, surveying, business, administration or equivalent qualification Professional experience in the real estate sector, in particular in property and inheritance contract matters, as well as in the valuation according to relevant property value determination regulations Secure handling of Microsoft 365 applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint) Experience in handling computer-assisted (geo) information systems Cross-disciplinary thinking and communication skills in cooperation with internal and external contacts Own initiative, sense of responsibility, solution-oriented and pragmatic working Happy work in the team Ready to exercise local dates and class B driving licence Identification with the principles and objectives of the Catholic Church
