As a service provider for energy supply companies, we support our customers to drive the energy transition and digitization. Our BPO team (Business Process Outsourcing) is responsible for the efficient and professional handling of business processes in the energy industry. We support our customers in optimizing and automating their processes. From the first delivery to the final settlement, we are always at our side. So we are looking to strengthen our BPO team for the Essen site as Consultant (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) Marktkommunikation (MaKo) in der Energiewirtschaft – Remote / Homeoffice Full-time or part-time, Germany

Your future responsibilities include various tasks: Processing and management of interfaces between accounting system and B2B platform Completion of Supplier Framework Contracts (LRV) Maintenance of certificates and compliance documents Implementation and maintenance of processes according to GPKE / GeLi Gas Review and determination of delivery start and delivery ends Processing of wastes in the supplier exchange process Checking and ensuring the correctness of supply scenarios Implementation of cancellations and rewinds in case of faulty orders You work primarily with the SAP IS-U accounting system, but possibly also with the Wilken, kVASy, Lima, MBS, Powercloud or Schleupen systems. We presuppose first prior knowledge – yet we offer you an integration into unknown systems.
