Job description:

• They carry out all machine and construction works in the field of technical building management at the site.

• They maintain indoor and roller doors, fences and other industrial installations in the outdoor sector.

• They undertake the maintenance and repair of compressor systems, load and passenger elevators and prepare the systems for testing by a ZÜS or carry out the tests themselves.
