Support the Recruiting of the Naval Systems Division for the following tasks: Viewing incoming applications, requesting missing documents and forwarding to the departments Implementation of candidate requests in the internal candidate pool Communication with applicants:inside and coordination of appointments for interviews Insights into job clarification talks, creation of job advertisements and interviews by accompanying our recruiters and HR Business Partners

Continuous study of any discipline paired with interest in all facets of personnel recovery in a growing industrial company lust for work at various interfaces as well as the ability to address-oriented communication in German (safe for negotiation) and English (good knowledge) Safe handling of common IT systems
