Senior Specialist Logistics - Business Process & Systems Management (m/f/d)

In the spring of 2027 we move to our new, modern location at Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt am Main.

You design and standardize the global processes of our warehouse, transport and intralogistics. Your goal is to ensure transparency, deliverability and operational excellence along the entire supply chain through efficient, data-based and scalable end-to-end processes. As a Business Process Owner, you combine the requirements of the departments with the possibilities of modern IT solutions, establish global standards and advance sustainable process improvements with measurable added value for the company.

Your tasks You’ll introduce the direction: you’ll develop the global Warehouse & Transport Roadmap and make concrete initiatives with measurable business impact from strategic goals. You can do something internationally: you control sophisticated logistics projects – from new locations and alerts to global rollouts and new tools. You think end-to-end: you analyze and optimize global storage and transport processes, identify interface problems and make processes easier, more stable and efficient. You set standards: You develop future-oriented storage and transport concepts and ensure that global principles also work locally. You can get more out of SAP: You develop the use of WM/EWM, LE-TRA and/or TM and ensure the quality of relevant master data. You translate business into solutions: You bring requirements to the point and develop solutions with IT Business Partners that really make a difference professionally. You create clarity: you establish roles, responsibilities, decision-making and escalation paths and thus strengthen cooperation across countries and functions. You make others successful: You develop key users, share knowledge and bring changes with energy and sovereignty to the company.

You have completed a degree in BWL, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable field of expertise – or you have an equivalent qualification with several years of experience in the warehouse and transport environment. You know well-founded with SAP in the logistics environment, ideally with WM/EWM, LE-TRA and/or TM. You have experience in end-to-end process management and/or in international transformation, rollout or comparable projects. You understand yourself as a Business Process Owner: You define, improve and answer processes – you don't have to be an IT implementer. You can quickly capture complex relationships, penetrate analytically and translate them into clear, implementable solutions. You convince people to bring different interests together and have the drive to drive decisions. Changes and uncertainty do not scare off – you give orientation, ask the right questions and go pragmatically into action. You communicate very safely in German and English and bring the willingness to travel internationally and advance projects on site.
