Your duties

You create detailed models and technical drawings with CAD tools for mechanical/optical components

You work actively and in coordination with other disciplines such as system engineers/electro engineers during the creation of the optics design for optimal integration into the system

You analyze and solve complex structures by FEM modelling, simulation and result interpretation

You create detailed drawings according to industry standards for clear communication and efficient manufacturing processes

You design parts taking into account manufacturing restrictions and optimization for efficient production

You work closely with suppliers to manufacture and verify components

You manage and organize technical drawings and models in SAP

You are actively working on necessary measures to support series production

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, medical technology or comparable qualification

Funded knowledge in Creo or similar and experience in 3D modeling

Experience in the application of Finite Element Method (FEM) to analyze complex problems

Knowledge of the production of technical drawings according to industrial standards

Knowledge of the use of SAP for managing technical documentation

Experience in the design of optical systems is desirable

Teamability, communication strength and a solution-oriented approach

Excellent English and German language skills in word and writing
