Assistance in housing (AbW) is an outpatient form of psychosocial care for people who show or are threatened by one or more disabilities and therefore have the right to integration. The aim of the AbW is to support and support people with disabilities in a self-determined and self-determined lifestyle in their own home with realistic life planning and adequate social interaction.

Tasks:

These are individual services, including:

• Talks about the personal situation, illness and fears
• Consultation in conflict, crisis and change situations

• encouragement and support in the expansion of the circle of life beyond the housing sector, in particular when looking for day-structuring offers, a day-to-day establishment, employment opportunities and educational and leisure activities
