Apply as a chef (m/w/d) for our modern gastronomy at the Butzweilerhof in Cologne (about 125 meals daily and small breakfast).

♪ Your future responsibilities

As a chef (m/w/d), you are responsible for:

• Responsibility for the smooth operation within the company
• Ensuring the cost-effectiveness and quality of food
• leadership, motivation and training of the team
• Costing and creation of offers
• Ensuring and maintaining the HACCP concept
• Cost-conscious purchase of goods from listed suppliers
• Communication and coordination with the contract partner in cooperation with the company manager

• Passion for fresh and creative cuisine
• Structured and independent working with a view to quality and economy
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance in guest contact, especially during the food output
• Teamability, reliability and a high level of responsibility
