TECHNOFORM also provides high-precision customer designs and system components, for example for the automotive industry, aircraft construction, electrical engineering or heat recovery. You are responsible for the further development of extrusion tool technology with regard to product quality, process stability, efficiency and economic scalability. You ensure, plan and manage resources, capacities and budgets in your area of responsibility and ensure their efficient use. In doing so, an interdisciplinary technical team will guide you professionally and disciplinaryly and will develop this in a targeted way into a powerful and effective working unit. You identify optimization potentials along existing processes and structures, develop KPI-based control models in a targeted manner and drive the continuous improvement of methods and standards in your area of responsibility. You shall ensure that technical solutions can be implemented efficiently and economically in accordance with market requirements. You ensure close interconnection of relevant functions and areas and actively contribute to cross-border and international cooperation.

You have a completed technical study (e.g. mechanical engineering, plastics technology, production technology) or a technical training with corresponding training and well-founded practical experience. You bring many years of professional experience in tool development, construction, plastic extrusion or comparable technical product development as well as sound knowledge in CAD-based construction. You have multi-year leadership experience in a technical environment and the ability to structure and develop an experienced team. Entrepreneurial thinking forms the basis of your action, and you are able to fully evaluate and implement technical, economic and processal requirements. You convince by a sovereign appearance in a challenging, interdisciplinary environment and by a pronounced hand-on mentality with the aim of actively shaping and sustainably improving processes. You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a fundamental affinity for digital tools and systems.
