Support and advice of customers and interested parties in indoor and outdoor services Creation, tracking and processing of offers in close cooperation with the field service Order acquisition, processing and appointment tracking in SAP Close coordination with internal interfaces such as purchasing, logistics and technology Maintenance of customer and order data in the SAP system Support for complaints and returns Creation of evaluations and sales statistics Communication with international customers and suppliers – partly also in English

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman, wholesaler and foreign trader or comparable Professional experience in the sales service, ideally in a technical environment (e.g. refrigeration/air conditioning, plant construction) Secure handling of SAP (Modul SD) and the common MS Office programs Good English knowledge of word and writing Technical understanding as well as a structured, service-oriented operation Teamability, communication strength and initiative
