You independently process all transactions of creditor and debitor accounting You process input invoices using document management system (DMS) You perform account clarifications and account adjustments and submit master data in the accounting system You book cash registers and banks and conduct the dunning You will first complete monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB You support the preparation of documents for the auditor and the tax advisor

You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a financial account holder (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience is beneficial, but no need; important are solid basic knowledge in financial accounting You have good knowledge of the Commercial Code and tax law You are safe in creditor and debitor accounting You have knowledge of consolidated and turnover tax consolidation You have substantiated user knowledge of MS Office, especially in Word and Excel Ideally, you bring basic knowledge in DATEV, which is not a must-have
