Welcome to Allianz

For our modern and innovative location in Unterföhring we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) in the Technical Service Department. The Technical Assistance Department ensures the technical competence in the performance relationship between our IT provider and the insurance companies. We accompany all IT projects to change the workplace (services, systems, hardware, software). Our current project is the standard equipment of all jobs at the Unterföhring site with a docking station and two monitors. In addition, unnecessary hardware is dismantled to improve efficiency, ergonomics and order.

This is what awaits you with us as an intern in Technical Assistance (m/w/d)

Visiting IT providers and building managers Creation of application plans for the service provider Customer communication on the implementation of the work On-site coordination of the IT provider testing; decrease of performance (function check monitor; Test cabling etc.) Creating list of defects and maintaining possible corrections Taking up time, deriving improvement measures

This is what you're bringing with you as an intern (m/w/d)

You have good oral and written expressiveness in German. You are characterized by a pronounced team capacity, conflictability and organisational skills. Also empathy, communication strength, joy in contact with people via the different communication channels are not strange to you and if something goes wrong, it does not bring you out of rest. You are safe to use the Windows operating system as well as the MS-Office products. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
