We are looking for a HR Project Manager (m/w/d) Process Optimization & Digitization in full time at various hospital locations in Germany. Analysis of existing HR processes for identifying optimization potentials and possibilities of digitalization Development, optimization and digitization of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle Close independent and proactive cooperation with our local HR departments and our partner and interface departments Management of and participation in HR projects (from planning and control to implementation to project success) Coordination of overarching topics that affect our HR departments with regard to internal HR processes & interfaces Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and data protection regulations in the HR area

Complete degree in economics, with a focus on human resources management or (HR) digitalization Detectable project and practice experience in the end-to-end optimization and digitization of HR processes Embossed skills in project and change management methods Experience gained in handling HR and service management systems Teamability and Communication Strength Analytical thinking and structured working
