Support, operation and further development of our server and network infrastructure Ensuring stable IT operation through installation, configuration and maintenance of systems Contact person:in for employees in 1st and 2nd level support (remote & on site) Analysis and troubleshooting as well as structured processing of IT request Working with digitalization and automation projects – own ideas explicitly desired Training of employees in handling IT systems and applications

Complete training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics, IT system electronics) or comparable professional experience Very good knowledge of Windows system administration Experience with network technologies such as VLAN, LACP, SNMP, IPSec Knowledge in script or programming languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash, C# , VB.NET) – a language is enough for entry Ideally first experience with virtualization (e.g. VMware, KVM, Docker) Interest in automation and digitization, e.g. in the environment of BACnet or Modbus Structured, solution-oriented operation and team and service orientation good knowledge of German, clear communication
