Management and control of BIM projects in all planning and execution phases Advising our operating units and builders on BIM strategies Coordination of all BIM project participants and model-based cooperation (internal/external) Creation, implementation and further development of the BIM processing plan Contact:in for BIM topics in the project and at the construction site Coordination and coordination of BIM applications Information management at project and group level Conception and control-based testing of quality assurance concepts Detection of operational challenges and coordination with innovation management Development of new BIM standards and working methods together with our innovation management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or project management with building focus – or comparable training Experience in project execution of planning and execution projects Ideally familiar with interdisciplinary cooperation in cross-site teams Safe in handling BIM tools such as RIB iTWO 5D, Dalux, DESITE MD, BIM Q, Navisworks, Solibri Knowledge of agile project management – moderation and presentation experience of advantage Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital working methods First experiences in BIM project management or consulting desirable German language skills Responsibility, communication strength, entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation and team skills
