Labor Relations Germany is an employee-side contact and negotiation partner of the employee representations at ContiTech and advises on fundamental questions of labour law in the interface with personnel processes and leadership tasks. This position can be occupied in Hanover, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Northeim and is also possible in parttime employment. In this function you are responsible for the following tasks: Support in the development and implementation of the Labor Relations Strategy at all locations. Advising the specialist areas on labour law issues and on complex issues of employee representation rights. Independent development of labour law and/or personal policy guidelines, regulations and standards. Observe relevant changes in the national and European legal situation, analysis of the practical and economic impact and appropriate and timely communication to the relevant areas. Accompanying, consulting and controlling organisational structural changes, such as, for example, break-in and disaggregation of companies or parts of companies and restructuring. Independent cooperation in national and international projects as well as cooperation in building an international laboratory relations network in the Group. Self-employed development and responsible implementation of labour law training concepts. Representation of professional interests of ContiTech in external working groups, e.g. in business associations.
