The Diakonische Werk Hamburg-West/Südholstein is part of the Ev.-Luth. Church district Hamburg-West/Südholstein. We are active in the West of Hamburg and the neighbouring Schleswig-Holsteiner districts with 36 facilities in all areas of social work. Our management is supported by a management team from 17 colleagues who closely accompanies and advises the facility management – also in all matters relating to occupational health and safety and quality management. Our location is centrally located in the Niendorf district and is easily accessible by public transport. There we work in modern, pleasant office spaces where cooperation and concentrated work fit together well.

The Diakonische Werk Hamburg-West/Südholstein is looking for a dedicated job for the office as part of a follow-up scheme at the next possible time (m/w/d), full-time, permanent.

Your role – a lot of change, a lot of effect You ensure that good social work is not left to chance. As a coordinator for AuG and QM, you are the central interface between facility management, operational health management and other central bodies – in close coordination with the management. You keep the threads together, make complex requirements understandable and make them arrive in practice.

What you are moving with us: You keep an overview of all relevant requirements in occupational health and safety and quality management You coordinate actions in the AuG (e.g. teaching, training, quests) and ensure their implementation You develop and secure standards in processes and storage structures in the QM You ensure that rules not only exist, but work in everyday life You prepare results and introduce them into relevant bodies (e.g. Work Safety Committee (ASA)) You develop standards and secure them through documentation in the Quality Management Manual (QMH) You actively help to improve structures and processes continuously

What you should bring: a successfully completed commercial training a good feeling for structures, processes and relationships ideally, first contact points with occupational health and/or quality management (e.g. as a safety officer or quality management officer*r) an independent, structured and dedicated way of working Communication strength and the ability to understand themes safe handling of MS Office
