You take over the telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and special topics. Various Buderus heaters are available at your workplace for remote fault and fault analysis and troubleshooting. In this way, you can work together with colleagues in the field service and carry out optimal, practical advice. If necessary, you collect orders, purchase the necessary spare parts via the catalog search and release the orders.
