Your future job: For our public sector customers, we are looking for a facility manager (m/w/d) for urban properties in Rötha and the surrounding area. Full-time 40 hours/weekshift system (Mo-Fr) from 16.70 euros The period of use is planned for the first time from 01.09.2026 to 31.01.2027 (as parental leave). The site is Rötha with the villages Espenhain, Oeltschau, Pötzschau, Mölbis.

Your tasks:

• State monitoring of urban properties
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities
• Monitoring of technical installations, visual and functional testing
• maintenance monitoring
• Construction of repairs or renovations
• Ensuring winter service and traffic safety
• Control of the maintenance of foreign companies
• Supplementary cleaning and care work as required
• Representation in the field of masters of the town including all parts of the town

Your profile:

• Professional experience in a craft occupation or in house management
• knowledge of electronic locking systems
• Physical loadability (for medium-heavy transport)
• readiness to flexible work and call readiness times (shift service)
• Self-employed, independent and dedicated working
• Friendly appearance and good ways of handling
• Class B and BE licence, desirable class C1E
• Advanced police leadership certificate is required
