What you do with us: With passion and expertise you develop the Sustainability Column employees. In the role as project or subproject management, you plan, tax and implement projects with a focus on diversity and culture in personnel and organizational development. You tax and moderate expert: internal circles on national and international issues in the area of responsibility. You will develop the team and the organization of personnel development by conceptualizing, preparing and refurbishing team and executive workshops. You support the field management by preparing concepts and documents.

You have a sovereign appearance in dealing with operational levels as well as top management and can clearly and convincingly convey complex content. You have very good English skills both in informal exchange and in business context.
