Development and implementation of AI solutions: You are part of our Data Science team and develop innovative applications from Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement them holisticly, e.g. to further develop customer interactions and automate business processes Integration into existing systems: You integrate the AI models into our products and work closely with product management and IT teams to ensure seamless integration into production (e.g. connection to databases, APIs, use of models hosted in the cloud) Operation and Monitoring: You monitor model performance, identify possibilities for improvement and ensure stable operation and continuous optimization Optimization and further development: Analyze the performance of the models and advance their scalability and efficiency by implementing state-of-the-art technologies and methods

Drive and Motivation: You are passionate about AI and LLMs and have the motivation to drive these technologies and make our car rental product even better Education: You have a very good degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline Experience in the development of AI models: You have first practical experience in developing Generative AI solutions and LLMs (e.g. Prompt Engineering or Fine-tuning), ideally including integration into existing IT systems Technical skills: You have very good python skills and have first experience with Git, Docker and the development of APIs. Ideally, you also bring knowledge into cloud systems (e.g. AWS or Azure) and databases with Analytical thinking and solution orientation: You approach complex problems analytically and develop pragmatic and creative solutions Interdisciplinary Mindset: You have motivation for interdisciplinary work between IT and product management and knowledge sharing within the CHECK24 Data Science Community Language skills: You bring knowledge of German in word and writing with you
