Your tasks - control of a strategic transformation program You assume the overall responsibility for the company-wide program ''CIMplify'' to transform the central material master data landscape You control the gradual detachment of the existing Central Item Master (CIM) and the introduction of SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) as a future central platform You actively promote a business-critical transformation project in an internationally heterogeneous system landscape and ensure its structured implementation You are responsible for the planning and control of time, budget, milestones, and achievement of goals across all program streams You establish a transparent program control including reporting, KPI tracking and clear decision bases for management You coordinate and orchestrate internal and external stakeholders across different disciplines, societies and IT units You identify risks at an early stage, control them actively and are responsible for effective escalation management in a complex transformation environment Ensure close coordination with adjacent transformation and IT initiatives and manage dependencies at program level You create clear governance structures in cooperation with ''Liebherr-International Data Governance' and secure the organizational anchoring of the program in the company Your role - control, governance and orchestration You act as the central control authority of the programme and drive its implementation forward with high self-responsibility You play a leading role in coordination with management and expertise stakeholders at international level You ensure that all program activities are consistent with target architecture and transformation strategy

Your profile - experienced, strong, strategic Multiannual experience in managing complex programs or projects, ideally in the IT, data or transformation environment Evidence of experience in controlling interdisciplinary projects with high organizational complexity Funded understanding of material master data, master data management and single source of trust concepts Experience in transformation, migration or detachment projects in grown system landscapes Ideally experience with SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) or comparable MDM platforms Embossed skills in communication, moderation and stakeholder management at different hierarchical levels Sovereign appearance over management and international disciplines High structuring and prioritization competence as well as strong strategic thinking skills Enforcement combined with diplomatic skill and integration strength Very good knowledge of German and English
