Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your workplace is as colorful as life. The people we work with need support in their normal everyday life. In our housing offer in Quickborn we live community and appreciation. 25 clients of all ages find a family home here. We offer accommodation in 4 adjacent terraced houses, 2 WGs and two single apartments. The terraced houses with a large garden are only 15 minutes from the railway station, in the immediate vicinity of the ski resort. The city centre of Quickborn with cinema, swimming pool, cafes and many small shops is within walking distance. It awaits you an exciting task field with a lot of time for the individual. Overview of tasks

• Individual support for people with disabilities in their different assistance needs
• Support in the areas of housing, self-care, household activities or leisure activities
• Situation-related assistance in the field of primary care, health promotion and health conservation
• Participation in the development of activities in the neighborhood and region
• Procurement of medicines as well as accompaniment during doctor visits
• Communication at different levels with clients, relatives and legal supervisors
• Help to participate in social and cultural life
• Creation of assistance planning, social reports and documentation
