In your role, you will be the first commercial entity in the company. Together with a small, dedicated team, you are the business partner of the managing director. Your main tasks include support for budget planning, analysis of deviations, and consulting the management of investment projects. They will also be responsible for the analysis of production costs and capacity utilisation. In this role it is also up to you to develop the team and create the necessary structures for the commercial processes as part of the company's steady growth.

A 'player trainer'' is sought, which has the view for the big whole and deals with important pending tasks, which cannot be delegated, pragmatically and solution-oriented. A good understanding of companies working internationally in distributed structures and knowledge in production controlling are essential. They act in a team-oriented and goal-oriented manner and are characterized by a performance-oriented, at the same time value-estimating guiding style.
