You are the first contact point for our users and provide fast and com­plete solutions in the user support and in the IT hotline. You bring workstations to run: from the indi­vidual new installation to the scale of PCs and notebooks You can work flexibly by setting up and maintaining secure external access (VPN, Web Access) You will keep the overview: Analyzing and eliminating hardware problems, providing replacement equipment and managing user accounts and access rights are part of your everyday life You take care of the heart of our IT: maintenance and support of servers, clients, printers and peripherals You support the administration of the telephone system and the mobile device management You are actively involved in IT projects and develop our system landscape.

You have a successful training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification.

You communicate safely in German and English – both oral and written You are equipped with a fast recording and analytical and organi­tional capabilities. A self­contained, struc­tured and responsive way of working is obvious to you. Reliability, team spirit and communication strength complete your profile
