Site Manager Renovation (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for the craftsmen – from the start of execution to the acceptance. You lead and motivate your team directly on site at the construction site. You will create offers, scales, tenders and contract awards. You check and document progress and quality of services based on calculated dates and costs. You're auditing contractor accounts and preparing the accounts to the customer. You ensure optimal material supply for our construction sites.

Complete study in the field of civil engineering or a master title (Betonbauer/Maurer/Zimmermann) – plus appropriate practical experience. First insights into costing, construction site management and employee management – also through internships or student jobs. Joy in a varied, independent activity. A look beyond the edge of the plate – you see problems rather than challenges that want to be solved. The ability to remain structured and to keep track of complex projects.
