Project Manager Steel and Metal Construction (m/f/d)

Cross-site project management in steel and metal construction, active and present at our locations Wilhelmshaven, Hamburg and Bremen/Stuhr. Acquisition, supply calculation and order processing of steel construction, metal construction and facade projects from the first request to the successful acceptance. Management of appointments, costs, quality and customer satisfaction, as well as responsibility for contribution and project success. Process optimization and standardization across all locations. You have synergies, establish best practices and advance digitization in steel and metal construction. Close cooperation and direct reporting to the Managing Director of Stahl- und Metallbau as its operative link to the sites. Guidance, coordination and further development of construction managers, designers, foreworkers and technicians. Maintenance of existing customers and targeted expansion of strategic partnerships in industry, industrial and civil engineering.

Complete qualification as metal builder, steel construction engineer, civil engineer, economic engineer or comparable training in steel/metal construction. Multiannual experience in project management, construction management or superstructure management in steel, metal or facade construction. Safe in costing, VOB, technical drawings, scale and billing. Ready to travel between Wilhelmshaven, Hamburg and Bremen/Stuhr sites with scheduled on-site days per location. Leadership with entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication and hands-on mentality. Passion for steel, construction and modern project processing, combined with curiosity on digital processes and innovation.
