The landscape association Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) works as a municipal association with more than 20,000 employees for the 8.3 million people in the region. The LWL operates 35 support schools, 21 hospitals, 18 museums, two visitor centers and is one of the largest German helpers for people with disabilities. IT management:

• Equipment and care of employees, meeting and communication rooms in the LWL-BLB with appropriate IT hardware and software (in particular DMS, Confluence, project platform, collaboration solutions, etc.) Working with the annual planning Supporting the IT-related application process (OLAV) Management of the technical inventory as well as coordination and implementation of new acquisition and inventory as well as support for contract management Support (admin) and further development DMS Own implementation of workshops and meetings, including in the context of training and support tasks for the hardware and software in the LWL-BLB Preparation of training documents/guides on IT-specific topics, if necessary also organisation and implementation of training

To actively shape digitalization in the LWL-BLB: Own responsibility for carrying out business and process analyses, and identifying IT optimization potentials Participation in the development and implementation of a comprehensive digitalization strategy for the LWL-BLB Support in the digitization of business processes and the introduction of new software components and technologies, e.g. AI, BIM, workflows Support of the LWL-BLB's digital manager for project work in the (agile) digitalization projects (acquisition of active roles in project management, e.g. focusing on technical requirements) Further development of IT specialist procedures

IT security: Responsible for compliance with data protection laws and IT security standards in relation to digitalization in exchange with the respective data protection officers

Operational fault management: Operational fault management for the used hardware and software, commissioning services of LWL.IT
