For our order management department we are looking for a:n Technical:r Specialist:in temporary employment in fulltime (parttime possible).

Commercial, administrative and operational activities: Organisation and appointment coordination General office activities (e.g. protocols, session management)

Responsible contract management for construction, operation and maintenance: Auditing and plausibility testing of order data, clarification of unanimity, data transmission in SAP Order processing including monitoring, assignment and completion in SAP Compensation of costs and hours, budget adjustments and application for rebooking Initiation of settlement and preparation of transfer Compilation of evaluations, including budget overruns and annual accounts

Support for order management:Developing status reports on construction projects Submitting authorisations at offices Invoicing and approval

Professional qualification: a completed commercial or technical training Required expertise: Very good DV/PC skills, especially in Excel, Access, Word and SAP-ISU. In addition, commercial and technical understanding is advantageous. Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in order management is assumed. Management competencies: thinking in possibilities and options, readiness to learn and change, taking responsibility and entrepreneurial action Social competencies: customer orientation, pronounced communication and information behaviour as well as team skills
