Working student in the field of product safety (m/f/d)

These are your tasks: You work on the standardization of our document processes. You automate and optimize our SharePoint by creating libraries, lists and workflows. You support us in the use of AI and RPA tools as part of document classification. You also develop our metadata so that documents are fully and uniformly stored in SharePoint and in our databases. You collect new datasets independently in our raw material database and update existing information.

This is what distinguishes you: You are currently enrolled in Germany in the course of study Natural Sciences, Technology, Economics, Computer Science or a related field. You are interested in SharePoint, RPA, AI supported tools, data management and process automation. In addition, there is joy in structured work with data, tables, lists and metadata. First experiences with Power Automate, SharePoint, Databases or RPA Tools are of advantage. You work exactly, independently, carefully and bring high reliability
