Recruiter (m/w/d) – Active Sourcing GenoConsult Baden-Württemberg is a subsidiary of one of the most important and most important economic organizations in the south-west: the Baden-Württemberg cooperative association (BWGV). Within the association, our staff consultancy has been accommodating both the cooperative banks and the goods and services cooperatives in the recruitment and selection of personnel and in the strategic development of personnel management. Our work is based on a value-oriented consulting culture that does not pursue a self-interest and is geared to the customer's solution finding.

Responsible search and address via social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, XING, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and other recruiting channels. Accompanying the entire selection process – from initial contact to carrying out interviews and selection procedures. Development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies as well as active sourcing. Building and maintaining a sustainable candidate network. Analysis of recruiting measures and continuous optimization of the candidate response. Participation in building the employer brand through social media-oriented communication.

Completed commercial training / qualified training or a study with reference to personnel, communication or marketing. Experience in recruiting, ideally focusing on social media recruiting as well as a focus on executives and experts. Knowledge of popular social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, XING, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Ability to develop and implement social media strategies for recruiting. Experience with social media tools and analysis instruments (e.g. social media monitoring, performance tracking). Embossed social media affinity as well as good feeling for digital trends in recruiting. Joy in taking responsibility and developing professionally and personally.
